Patricia J. (Parker) Phillips, 93, of Harrisville and formerly of Proctorsville, VT. died on Friday, May 4, 2018 at Cheshire Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Keene. She passed peacefully with the love of family near after a brief period of declining health.

Patricia was born the daughter of the late Maude I. (Howes) and Ralph O. Parker on May 4, 1925 in Rutland, VT. She was educated in Chester, VT. and graduated from Green Mountain Union High School class of 1943.

On August 4, 1943 she exchanged vows with Raymond Phillips at the Methodist Church in Proctorsville, VT. They were married with family and friends in attendance. Sadly, Ray passed in 1993 after fifty years of marriage.

She worked at New Hampshire Ball Bearing for twenty-seven years as an assembler before retiring in 1987. Pat also worked as a caregiver to those in need.

Patricia was a long-time and devoted member of the Community Church of Harrisville / Chesham. She enjoyed being a member of the Ladies Tuesday Group for the church. Time was spent playing bingo, cards and sewing dolls for Christmas gifts for families in need in New York City. Time was also spent camping, snowmobiling and on occasion, taking a ride on motorcycles. Mostly, she was a wife, mother, grandmother and in time great grandmother. She loved being with her family and friends.

Mrs. Phillips is survived by her children; Michael D. Phillips of Orange, MA. David A. Phillips and his wife Jan of Dublin and Julie E. Lord and her husband Alan of Harrisville. Her sister, Sandra Danforth of Rutland, VT. Five grandchildren; Jeffrey Lord, Jennifer Osborne and her husband Duane, Carrie Collins and her husband Kenneth, Steven Phillips and his wife Diana. Nine great grandchildren; Haleigh, Hunter, Jordan, Joseph, Jack, Caleb, Hannah and Brian. In addition, she leaves; cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Patricia is pre-deceased by her sister, Jean Stockman who passed in 1995 and a granddaughter, Monica (Lord) Massucco who passed in 2013.

In keeping with Patricia’s wishes there are no public calling hours. A celebration of life service will be held on Friday, May 11, 2018 at 2pm. in the Community Church of Harrisville, 13 Canal St. Harrisville, NH. 03450. Burial will take place later. Flowers will gladly be accepted. However, Patricia and her family have requested that donations be made in memory of Patricia J.
