Jennifer A. (Bemis) Sherrick, 38, of Brattleboro, VT. and formerly from Swanzey and Keene died unexpectedly on December 14, 2017 in the comfort of her home in familiar surroundings.
Jennifer was born the daughter of Joyce (Murdock) and William Bemis on November 20, 1979 in Keene. She was educated locally and grad graduated from Keene High School class of 1997.
She was a long-time employee of Peerless Insurance where she worked as office staff.
Jennifer enjoyed crafts, going to the beach, long drives, family and having fun. Family was always important to Jennifer, especially time with her daughters.
Ms. Sherrick is survived by her daughters; Emma and Ava Batchelder of Keene. Her parents, Joyce Bemis of Keene and her father, William Bemis of Keene. Her only sibling, Joshua Bemis of Keene. Her grandparents, Earl and Jane Bemis of Beaver Cove, ME. In addition she leaves cousins, extended family and friends.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, December 22, 2017 from 6 to 8pm. in the funeral chapel. In keeping with Jennifer’s values there are no formal funeral services. Flowers will gladly be accepted. However, the family would prefer donations be made in memory of Jennifer A. Sherrick to: any TD Bank, Account Batchelder Family Fund.
