Debra J. (Trombley) Woodbury, 50, a life-long resident of Swanzey died unexpectedly on Saturday, October 8, 2016. She passed in the comfort of her home with family near.

Debra was born the daughter of Margaret Trombley on December 22, 1965 in Keene. She was educated locally and graduated from Monadnock Regional High School class of 1983. Later in life Debra went on in her education and graduated from Mount Wachussett Community College with a degree in Nursing class of 1990.

On August 22, 1998 she exchanged vows with Thomas “Tom” S. Woodbury at the First Congregational Church of Swanzey. They were married with family and friends in attendance and have been married for eighteen years.

Deb worked as a registered nurse at Westwood Care Center in Keene for seven years. Prior she had worked at Franklin Hospital in Frankin, NH. and Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough in a similar role.

She enjoyed travel, playing games on her computer and board games. Debra was a Boston Red Sox fan and enjoyed researching her geneology.

Mrs. Woodbury is survived by her husband Thomas S. Woodbury of Swanzey. Her mother, Margaret Trombley of Swanzey. She is pre-deceased by her grandparents, Rose and Henry Trombley Sr.

 

Calling Hours will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2016 from 5 to 8pm. A celebration of life service will be held on Friday, October 14, 2016 at 11am. all in the funeral home. Flowers will gladly be accepted. However, the family would prefer donations be made in memory of Debra J. Woodbury to: American Kidney Fund, 11921Rockville Pike, Ste 300, Rockville, MD. 20852.
