Steffanie L. Richards, 35, a resident of Gill, MA. passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 12, 2022, surrounded by her brother Nate and his wife, Chrissy and her sister Kelli.
She was born a daughter to the late Lori (Doel) and Mark Evans on August 4, 1987, in Greenfield, MA. Steffanie was educated locally and graduated from Franklin County Technical School in Turners Falls, MA. class of 2005.
Steffanie was employed by Buckley Nursing Home and Poets Seat Nursing Home in Greenfield, MA. as a Certified Nursing Assistant for several years.
She was a big animal lover. Time was spent working on arts and crafts projects and spending time with her nieces and family.
Miss. Richards is survived by her sisters Kelli Doel of Orange, MA. and Ashlei Welch of TN. Her brother, Nate Richards and his wife, Christina (Chrissy) of Haydenville, MA. She is also survived by her grandparents, James and Margaret Sprague of Gill, MA. Her nieces, Christina, Kyra, and Rylie of Haydenville, MA. along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends. She is predeceased by her grandparents, Walter Evans and Ellen Wong.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday, November 20, 2022, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. at Kostanski Funeral Home, 1 Kostanski Square Montague, MA. 01376. Burial will occur on Monday, November 21, 2022, at 11 am. in Springdale Cemetery, Turnpike Road, Turners Falls, MA. 01376. Flowers will gladly be accepted.
