Paul Gregory Davis, 64, of Winchester, N.H. went to the Lord peacefully on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 in the comfort of his home. He passed surrounded by his loving family and friends and kept his strong faith to the end.
Paul was born the son of Margaret (Vachon) and George I. Davis on November 16, 1951 in Laconia.
He exchanged vows with Nancy F. Duquette on August 20, 1988 in a simple service in Belmont. Paul and Nancy were married for 28 years.
Paul took special pride in Harley Davidsons, especially riding with his friends in the Motorcycle Ministries. Paul was the former President of Cornerstone Motorcycle Ministries, “The Tent” for over 20 years and is the current President of Livingstone Motorcycle Ministries. Paul had a passion for New England sports teams, especially the Patriots and Red Sox. Paul lived his dream of going to his first Patriots game and NASCAR race in the last year and had the time of his life. One of Paul’s favorite places to be was Salisbury Beach, surf casting for striper and camping with his family.
Paul was employed at the Batem Extermination Company for several years as a technician.
Paul is survived by his wife Nancy F. Davis of Winchester. His sons; Anthony Poanessa and his wife Kristie, of Swanzey, Zachariah Davis and his wife Michelle, of Winchester and Isaiah Davis of Winchester. His grandchildren; Jonathan, Falisha and Anthony Poanessa. Malachi, Maverick, Zachariah and Zoey Davis. He Is also survived by his siblings; Jane Eacobacci and her husband Joe of Milford, Jackie Hurd and her husband Arnold of Meredith, Robin Davis and his wife Camilla of Meredith, Mark Davis of Loudon, Valerie Wright of Concord, and Sam Vachon of Concord. Paul also had many cousins, nieces and nephews who held a special place in his heart. Paul is predeceased by his mother Margaret. His sister, Linda Davis and brother, George Davis.
Services will be held on Saturday October 29, 2016 at 10 am. at the Village Church, Cobble Hill Rd. West Swanzey, N.H. Burial will follow in the family lot at Oak Hill Cemetery, Pine St. Swanzey, NH. 03446. In lieu of flowers donations can be sent in memory of Paul G. Davis to: Visiting Nurse and Hospice for Vt. And N.H. P. O. Box 881, Brattleboro, VT 05302 who supported Paul and the family in his final days.
