Monime (Hanson) Stanclift, 51, of Hinsdale, NH, and formally of Chesterfield, NH, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family.

Monime “Moe” was born, October 25, 1964, in Brattleboro, VT. She was the daughter of Jean (Thomas) Hanson and the late Kirk Hanson. She was educated in area schools and graduated from Hinsdale High in 1982. She went on to receive an Associates Degreen of Applied Sciences in Occupational Therapy. She later obtained an additional Associates Degree in Nursing from the New Hampshire Technical College at Claremont. She enjoyed the challenge of working in the medical field with its opportunity for helping others.

Moe worked at Maplewood Nursing Home in Westmoreland, NH for ten years as an Occupational Therapist and then as a Registered Nurse. She was employed for the past eight years as a Registed Nurse at Thompson House in Brattleboro, VT.

Moe was engaged to Keith Rogers of Hinsdale, a friend of many years and the love of her life. She took pleasure in spending time with her family, helping with projects and events. Moe enjoyed a good game of Cribbage, bird watching, and puttering around the house. She recently had the amazing experience of being present at her grandson, Griffin’s birth.

Monime is survived by her daughter Courtney J. Stanclift and partner Henry Moncrief of Alstead, NH, her fiancee, Keith Rogers, of Hinsdale, her mother, Jean Hanson, of Chesterfield, two brothers, Kirk Hanson of Hinsdale, and Tom Handson of Cheshirefield. She also leaves her only grandchild, Griffin H. Moncrief of Alstead, her nephew, Dalton Hanson of Vernon, VT, and her extended family and friends.

Calling hours will be Tuesday, November 17, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00pm at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 1002 Fort Bridgeman Road (Route 142), Vernon, VT. Burial will be at a later date at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be sent to an educational fund being estabilished for her grandchild: Griffin H.
