Lloyd Everett Earle 69 formerly of West Swanzey and Bennington, VT. died on August 31, 2010 after a period of decline.
He was born the son of Evelyn (Brooks) and Raymond Earle in Keene on November 9, 1940. He was educated locally and lived in the area for most of his life until he moved to VT.
Lloyd married Dianne M. Chamberlain on July 28 1973 in Marlborough.
Mr. Earle was employed by People’s Linens Company in Keene for 34 years as a truck driver and delivery man before retiring in 2006.
He was an avid fan of toy trains and would go to train shows all over the New England region. He also enjoyed the history of trains and would visit old train depots to take pictures and learn about them. He enjoyed being with his family and going fishing when time arose.
Mr. Earle is survived by his wife Dianne Earle of West Swanzey. He also leaves his children; Theresa Aiken and her husband James of Gloucester, MA., Lisa DuFour of Keene, Tonya Hardy and her partner Zoel of Keene. Travis Earle of Keene and Heidi Earle of Keene.
He also leaves Three brothers; Stanley, Norman and Lynn Earle. He also leaves several grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. His brothers Carl and Dean Earle and a granddaughter Destanee all died earlier.
A grave side service will be held on the family lot on Friday at Mountain View Cemetery at 1p.m. There are no calling hours. All services are under the direction of Cheshire Family Funeral Home, 46 South Winchester St. West Swanzey. www.cheshirefamilyfuneralhome.com.
