Heidi J. Farwell, 60, a lifelong resident of Marlborough, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 21, 2023, in the comfort of her home.
She was born a daughter to the late Eleanor (Erikson) and James Farwell on August 27, 1962, in Keene. She was educated locally at Marlborough High School class of 1980. Heidi went on to continue her education at Keene State College for four years focusing on early childhood education.
Heidi enjoyed her time providing care for children. She owed her own child care center called Heidi’s Child Care for the past 30 years. Previously she worked for Cooper Hill Day Care in Marlborough as a caretaker for 5 years.
Ms. Farwell is survived by her brother, John E. Farwell and his wife, Joanne of Swanzey, along with many extended family and friends. She is predeceased by her two siblings, Sarah M. Sundstrom who passed in 2016 and Rita L. Farwell who passed in 2021.
A private graveside service will be held in the family lot at Pine Grove Cemetery, Granite St. Marlborough, NH. 03455.
