Faith W. (Harrington) Auger 65 of Winchester died on March 24, 2010 in the comfort of her home with the love and devotion of her family at her side.

She was born the daughter of Vera (Harris) and Davis Harrington on June 20, 1944 in Boston, Massachusetts. She was educated locally and graduated from Boston Public Schools.

On January 23, 1975 Miss Harrington took her vows to Mr. Richard W. Auger. They have been married for 35 years.

Faith had been employed until recently with Home Health Care in Keene. She worked as a Licensed Nursing Assistant. Prior to that she had been gainfully employed by, Applewood Nursing Home. She had worked for them for almost 15 years. She also worked at Bickford’s Leather Factory for many years.

Mrs. Auger has lived in Winchester for 40 years. Prior to that she had resided in Boston, MA.

Faith had many interests over her lifetime. She enjoyed going to yard sales finding antiques. She wood go blueberry picking, It would not be uncommon to see her working on a car. Time would be spent going on day trips to the beaches of Maine. She liked to go dancing. Faith liked to sing and whistle. She liked to cook, baking apple pies. Her time was spent on the social club for the Co-Op Committee. She had a fun personality; laughing and joking with friends and family. Mrs. Auger was a proud mother who was loving, caring and patient with her kids.

Faith is survived by her husband, Richard W. Auger Sr. of Winchester. Her four children; Valerie A. (Harrington) Lawson of Winchester, Cindy J. Kelley of Putney, VT. Doris F. Auger of Winchester and Richard W. Auger Jr. of Winchester. She also leaves her siblings; Cathy, Jane and Anne Harrington. She will be missed by her twelve grandchildren: Richard, Benjamin, Symantha, Ashley, Allissa, Clarissa, Tyler, Leah, Alaina, Anna, Braden and Emma. She is pre-deceased by her two brothers; George and David Harrington. Her presence will be missed by her nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

A period of visitation will be held on Wednesday at 6p.m. with a celebration of life service following at 7p.m. at the Grace Christian Fellowship Church, Main St. Winchester. Burial will be private. Flowers will gladly be accepted. However, at the request of the family donations should be made in memory of Faith W. Auger to: Home Health Care Services, Community Lane. Marlborough, NH. 03445.
