David A. Williams Jr., 35, of Marlborough and formerly a long-time resident of Swanzey died on Tuesday, April 2, 2019. He passed unexpectedly and peacefully in the comfort of his home while sleeping.

David was born the son of Doreen L. (Grover) Palmer and David A. Williams on December 9, 1983 in Keene. He was educated locally and graduated from Keene High School class of 2000.

David was formerly married to Suthasinee (Sahwangwong) Williams. They have stayed very close friends over the years.

He was recently hired as a cook for Friendly’s in Keene. Prior he was a crew member at Wendy’s for 18 years in Brattleboro where he became a general manager.

David had many hobbies and interests. With mud season approaching he loved 4-wheeling in jeeps and was a member of the Misfits Off Road Club in Milford. He enjoyed fishing and ice fishing. David liked to tinker on trucks and jeeps. Time was spent playing video games to relax. David was always up for a good meal, especially if it was with his family that he adored. He was also known for playing baseball with the Bench Warmers Baseball Team in Keene as the designated hitter.

Mr. Williams is survived by his two children; Cameron J.T. Williams of Swanzey and Chloe J. Williams of Keene. His father, David A. Williams Sr. and his wife Dawn of Swanzey. His siblings; Ryan T. Williams of Swanzey, Justin R. Robinson and his wife Samantha of Marlborough and Rebecca M. Williams and her fiancée William Goodrich of Swanzey. He is also survived by his grandparents; Theodore Grover and his wife, Pamela of Swanzey, Theresa Williams of Winchester and Alta McQueston of Keene. In addition, he leaves; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. David is pre-deceased by his mother, Doreen L. Palmer who passed recently on October 26, 2018 and his grandfathers: Clyde McQueston and William Williams III.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday, April 7, 2019 from 3 to 5pm. A celebration of life service will occur on Monday, April 8, 2019 at 10am. all in the funeral chapel. Burial will follow in the family lot at Monadnock View Cemetery, Park Ave. Keene, NH. 03431. Flowers will gladly be accepted. However, the family would prefer donations be made in memory of David A.
