Brian Howard Kimball
Brian Howard Kimball 52 of Swanzey died peacefully on May 1, 2011 at Cheshire Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Keene after a period of failing health.
He was born the son of Barbara J. (Ledger) and Howard C. Kimball on September 4, 1958 in Manchester, NH. Brian was educated locally and graduated from Keene High School class of 1977.
Mr. Kimball was a chef at several restaurants over his lifetime. He had been gainfully employed for several years at T. K.’s Restaurant in Swanzey before taking ill.
On his free time Brian could be found camping and fishing. He was a sports enthusiast. He loved to watch the Red Sox and Patriots. He also liked to participate in the local demolition derby. Brian could be found many nights playing pool with friends. But his passion was cooking. There was always something special he was planning to make. He loved the culinary arts.
Brian was a confirmed bachelor and never had any children. He is survived by his mother, Barbara J. Sinoki of Winchester. A sister, Brenda J. Wood and her husband Donald also of Winchester. His nieces, nephews extended family and friends will miss his presence. He is pre-deceased by his father Howard C. Kimball who died in 1978.
Burial will take place on Sunday at Evergreen Cemetery in Winchester at 10am. A celebration of life service will be held later at 2pm. In the T.K.’s Restaurant, located in the Gomarlo Market Plaza, Rt 10 South. In West Swanzey.
