Annabelle (Pasno) Seymour, 90, a long-time resident of Swanzey and formerly of Keene died on Monday, October 9, 2017. She passed in the comfort of her home surrounded by family after a period of declining health.

Annabelle was born the daughter of the late Roseanna (Brooks) and Charles Pasno on June 21, 1927 in Keene. She was educated in Keene where she attended local schools.

On October 11, 1947 she exchanged vows with Kenneth L. Seymour. They were married at the Methodist Church in Keene with family and friends in attendance. Sadly, Annabelle passed just two days before their 70th Wedding anniversary.

She worked as an assembler for the former Robert Harts Shoe Company in Keene for five years before retiring. Prior she had worked for a few different companies but mostly stayed home to take care of her home and attend to her family’s needs.

She was a woman of faith and member of the Salvation Army in Keene. Time was spent going to Swamp Bats games in the warmer weather. She also enjoyed watching bowling, doing crafts and ceramics. Annabelle was always up for a day trip in the car or just being home with her husband, children, grandchildren and eventually great grandchildren.

Mrs. Seymour is survived by her husband Kenneth L. Seymour of Swanzey. Her children; Gary K. Seymour and his wife Betty of Zephyrhills, FL. Douglas A. Seymour and his wife Stacey of Weare, NH, and Linda A. O’Melia and her husband Daniel of Hinsdale. Her siblings; Shirley Wellington of Keene, Pauline Lamoureux of Keene, Doris Wills of Fl. and Brenda Robitellie of Fl. She also leaves twelve grandchildren, five great grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and numerous friends.

In keeping with Annabelle’s wishes there are no calling hours. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at 1pm. in the Salvation Army, 15 Roxbury Plz, Keene, NH. 03431. A gathering to celebrate her life will follow in the hall. In Annabelle’s honor it is requested that you wear something purple. Flowers will gladly be accepted. However, the family would prefer donations be made in memory of Annabelle Seymour to: Hospice and Community Services, 312 Marlboro St. Keene, NH. 03431.
